zoe judilla is a writer, filmmaker, and CREATIVE FROM AUSTIN, TX AND based in LOS ANGELES, CA.
Hello there! My name is Zoe, and I’m a media and communications professional with a passion for merging social justice with entertainment and the creative arts. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Journalism and Radio-Television-Film in the inaugural Moody College Honors Program in 2021. I’m a highly-motivated, detail-oriented worker with experience in editorial & creative writing and editing, film & television development and production, film & television public relations, creative management, and the fine arts.
I’m incredibly passionate about the entertainment industry. I believe entertainment is essential to the fabric of our culture; the art that we consume reflects the parts of society that we choose to participate in. Learning how to properly create these stories in a way that is effective, accessible and reflective of truly diverse realities is a skill that I hope to professionally master within the television domain.
I’m currently working as a Creative Associate for Marketing & Brand Strategy at Universal Studio Group, the television studio arm of NBCUniversal. Here, I specialize in strategic studio brand, marketing and awards initiatives across a portfolio of 100+ UTV, UCP, UTAS and UIS shows. This includes spearheading daily and long-term content creation across all 12 studio social media channels as well as liaising directly with producers, platform, executives, creative services and external agencies on campaign initiatives.
Previous experience includes A24 as a Film & Television Publicity Intern, Late Night with Seth Meyers as a General Production & Graphics Research Intern, and NBC Entertainment as a Communications & Publicity Intern.
I believe versatility and ambition are essential to creative and professional development, and I’m always looking to expand my skillset through diverse opportunities! Let’s connect and discuss the latest in popular culture, the necessity of media representation or the art of the ‘90s romantic comedy soundtrack.
